Firm Statement
Our commitment to excellence is evidenced by the selection of our staff, continuing education programs, research resources and emphasis on quality control. We are a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Undergoing numerous Peer Reviews, our Firm has always received "Clean" opinions, indicating the standards of quality to which we subscribe. Moreover, members of the Firm have the qualifications and experience to perform Peer Quality Reviews of other firms.
To ensure professional leadership, F. Robert LaSaracina, CPA, LLC maintains active memberships in the: American Institute of CPAs, Connecticut Society of CPAs, National Association of Certified Evaluation Specialists, Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Firm History
F. Robert LaSaracina, Certified Public Accountant, was founded in 1978 as a sole proprietorship with a small client base. By providing excellent service, proactive planning and by maintaining a dedicated staff, we have grown to be one of the largest full-service accounting firms in Southeastern Connecticut. Our Firm is one of the few in the region that is able to handle clients of all sizes from newly formed start-ups to mature multi-million dollar national companies. We have established an excellent reputation for our quality and are rapidly expanding into every phase of public accounting. Our plans for continued growth have built a strong and dynamic organization ready to meet the challenging needs of our clients.

We count among our clients the most prestigious law firms and many of the largest medical practices in Southeastern Connecticut. By working closely with these clients, we have developed an expertise in the legal and medical professions. We stay up to date with the developments and planning opportunities that specifically affect these professionals and we act not only as their accountants, but more importantly as their business advisors.
