F. Robert LaSaracina, CPA
Bob is the founding Principal of the Firm and specializes in management consulting, client financing and business planning. He received his B.S. Degree from the University of Connecticut. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants where he has served on various committees including the Ethics Committee. Bob has served on many Boards of Directors including the Jewett City Trust Company, Norwich Baseball Authority and the William W. Backus Hospital. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Haitian Health Foundation where he is the Treasurer and on the Strategic Planning Committee of the William W. Backus Hospital.

Charles J. Halloran, CPA
Charlie is a Principal in the Firm and concentrates on assisting clients with tax planning and compliance. He joined the Firm in 1985 and received his Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of Hartford and his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac College School of Law. Charlie’s previous experience in private industry includes working as Chief Financial Officer for a regional construction firm and as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for a $50 million national technology company. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Charlie currently serves on the Board of Directors for CorePlus Federal Credit Union and as Treasurer of a local Non-Profit Organization.
